If you are a provider or trading-partner (billing organizations, vendors, and clearinghouses) who elects to not use TDHconnect  to electronically submit transactions to Texas Healthcare & Medicaid Partnership (TMHP), you must test your software to make sure it is compatible with TMHP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services. Once you have tested your software, you can have your account activated with TMHP and begin using EDI.
