5.7.1.2 CMS-1500 Electronic BillingElectronic billers must submit CMS-1500 claim forms with TexMedConnect or approved vendor software that uses the ANSI ASC X12 837P 4010A format. Specifications are available to providers developing in-house systems, software developers, and vendors on the TMHP website at www.tmhp.com/C5/EDI.
