17.3.8.2 Pressure Reducing PadsPressure-reducing pads for beds are benefits of the CSHCN Services Program if documentation supporting medical necessity and appropriateness is submitted with the form entitled Appendix B, "CSHCN Services Program Prior Authorization and Authorization Request for Durable Medical Equipment (DME)," on page B-29. The following procedure codes must be used for authorization and claims payment:
