34.4 Reimbursement
Costs associated with the transportation of the remains of a deceased client may be reimbursed at the lower of the amount billed or the amount listed in the CSHCN Services Program Rules, Texas Administrative Code (TAC), §38.10 (6)(D), related to Payment of Services.
