5.7.1.13 2006 ADA Dental Claim Electronic BillingElectronic billers must submit dental claims using TexMedConnect or an approved vendor software that uses the ANSI ASC X12 837D 4010A format. Specifications are available to providers developing in-house systems and software developers and vendors. Because each software package is different, block locations may vary.
