5.7.1.15 Electronic Claims SubmissionTMHP uses the HIPAA-compliant ANSI ASC X12 4010A file format through secure socket layer (SSL) and virtual private networking (VPN) connections for maximum security. Claims may be submitted electronically to TMHP through TexMedConnect on the TMHP website at www.tmhp.com or through billing agents who interface directly with the TMHP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Gateway.
