4.4.3 Client Eligibility Verification
Texas Vital Statistics will not send providers a PCN once it is issued. Providers can obtain eligibility information and the newborn's PCN by performing an eligibility inquiry on the TMHP website at www.tmhp.com or through AIS at 1-800-925-9126.
