2.2.4 Hospitals

Inpatient hospital services are reimbursed as follows:

•Inpatient hospital services are reimbursed in accordance with 1 TAC §355.8052.

•In-State children's hospitals are reimbursed in accordance with 1 TAC §355.8054.

•State-owned teaching hospitals are reimbursed in accordance with TAC §355.8056.

•Disproportionate share hospitals are reimbursed in accordance with 1 TAC §355.8065.

•Rural public hospital's supplemental payment guidelines are located at 1 TAC §355.8069.
