8.3.3 STAR+PLUS Program Benefits

STAR+PLUS Program clients receive all the benefits of Texas Medicaid fee-for-service along with the prescriptions benefits defined in subsection 8.2.5.2, "Prescriptions" in this section (for STAR+PLUS members that are not dual eligible)

Note: HIPP Program clients should access their benefits through Texas Medicaid fee-for-service, and should not be enrolled in managed care unless they choose to leave the HIPP program.
