1.1.4 Enrollment in Medicaid Managed Care Programs

A Texas Medicaid provider must have at least one active TPI to be eligible to enroll with Primary Care Case Management (PCCM). The provider can be selected as a primary care provider by PCCM clients once enrolled into PCCM.

PCCM providers may be reimbursed for services rendered to Medicaid Managed Care clients other than those whom they serve as a primary care provider. The provider must enroll with the client's health plan to be eligible for reimbursement for services rendered.
