5.3 Uterine Suspension
Uterine suspension (procedure codes 58400 and 58410) is a benefit of Texas Medicaid.
If procedure codes 58400 and 58410 are billed on the same date of service by the same provider, procedure code 58410 will be reimbursed and procedure code 58400 will be denied.
In addition, the following procedure codes will be denied if billed with the same date of service by the same provider as procedure code 58400 or 58410:
