5.2.3 Resubmission of TMHP EDI Rejections
Providers that receive TMHP EDI rejections may resubmit an electronic claim within 95 days of the DOS. A paper appeal may also be submitted with a copy of the rejection report within 120 days of the rejection report to meet the filling deadline. A copy of the rejection report must accompany each corrected claim that is submitted on paper.
