5.5.1 CMS-1500 Electronic BillingElectronic billers must submit CMS-1500 claim forms with TexMedConnect, TDHconnect, or approved vendor software that uses the ANSI ASC X12 837P 4010A format. Specifications are available to providers developing in-house systems, software developers, and vendors on the TMHP website at www.tmhp.com/EDI. Because each software developer is different, location of fields may vary. Contact the software developer or vendor for this information.
