19.2.2 THSteps Dental and ICF-MRProviders may enroll as an individual dentist or as a group practice. The individual dentist must designate that primary services will be provided within a specific category of practice. Regardless of the category of practice type designation under THSteps Dental, providers can only bill for THSteps/ICF-MR services. Refer to: "Categories of Practice" . "Texas Health Steps (THSteps) Dental Services" for more information on the types of dental services that are reimbursable or to "Benefits and Limitations" for more specific information. |
