25.2.1.4 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Services

CRNAs must enroll and bill according to the instructions given in "Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)" . Hospitals cannot bill for CRNA services using their provider identifier.
