43.4.1.2 Medicaid Managed Care Enrollment

Certain providers may be required to enroll with a Medicaid Managed Care health plan to be reimbursed for services provided to Medicaid Managed Care clients. Contact the individual health plans for enrollment information. Refer to "Managed Care" for more information on Medicaid Managed Care programs.
