2.1.4 Services Provided Outside of Texas
2.1.4.1 Fifty or Fewer Miles From the Texas State Border
For clients who would otherwise experience financial hardship or be subject to clear medical risk, the CSHCN Services Program may cover services that are within the scope of the program and provided by health-care providers in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, or Oklahoma, located 50 or fewer miles from the Texas state border.
