24.1.6 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Requirements

All providers of laboratory services must comply with the rules and regulations of the CLIA of 1988.

Note: Out-of-state providers must be located in the United States, within 50 miles of the Texas state border.
