NF MDS Form Extract Issue – Resolved
Information posted June 18, 2009: Attention Nursing Facility Providers: Beginning Tuesday June 9, 2009, the MDS Form extraction process from the State database returned to the normal hourly process. Providers should ensure that all pertinent and correct information is on the MDS form so that it will be extracted. If you experience problems with the form extract process, please contact the TMHP LTC Help Desk at 1-800-626-4117, Option 1.
