The following functions will be unavailable during the upgrade period for both Acute Care and Long Term Care systems:

o        Care forms (Long Term Care)

·         Friday, August 28, 2009 7:00 pm until midnight

o        Claims status inquiry through the Automated Inquiry System (AIS), the TMHP website, TexMedConnect, or electronic data interchange (EDI)

o        Interactive eligibility verification through AIS, the TMHP website, TexMedConnect, or EDI

o        Interactive claims submission through TexMedConnect or EDI

o        Online provider lookup

o        Provider enrollment on the portal
