Discontinued Procedure Codes
Procedure code J-S8190 has been discontinued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Other Changes
Procedure code 9-E1340 is no longer covered by Medicare, but it continues to be a benefit of Texas Medicaid and the CSHCN Services Program.
