MDS Extract Update
Information posted May 6, 2009: Beginning Tuesday May 5, 2009, duplicate MDS forms were reported by nursing facility providers in their Current Activity report on the LTC Online Portal. Effective May 6, 2009, the duplicate MDS forms are no longer viewable to providers when accessing the Current Activity report or through a Form Status Inquiry. Providers do not need to take any action on the duplicate forms. Please contact the TMHP Help Desk at 1-800-626-4117, Option 1 for further questions.
