HCPCS First Quarter Updates
Information posted February 23, 2007: On April 1, 2007, TMHP will implement first quarter 2007 Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) additions, changes, and deletions effective for dates of service on or after April 1, 2007. Deleted procedure codes will no longer be benefits of the Texas Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Programs.
Details of these changes will be available on the TMHP website at www.tmhp.com under the 2007 HCPCS webpage beginning April 1, 2007, and will also be included in the May/June 2007 Texas Medicaid Bulletin, No. 204 and the May 2007 CSHCN Provider Bulletin, No. 62.
