Effective April 9, 2008, procedure code 1-C9236 will have a reimbursement rate of $176.38 for dates of service from October 1, 2007, through December 31, 2007. Procedure code 1-C9236 was discontinued effective January 1, 2008. Affected claims will be reprocessed, and payments will be adjusted accordingly. No action on the part of the provider is necessary.

Effective April 9, 2008, for dates of service on or after January 1, 2008, procedure code 1-J1300 will have a reimbursement rate of $176.38. Procedure code 1-J1300 replaced 1-C9236. Affected claims will be reprocessed, and payments will be adjusted accordingly. No action on the part of the provider is necessary.

Effective for dates of service on or after April 9, 2008, the reimbursement rate for procedure code 1-J9261 will increase to $86.84.
