LTC10: Minimum Data Set (MDS) Server Maintenance May 14-15
Information posted May 12, 2009: On May 14 and May 15, 2009, the state MDS server will be shut down for maintenance. Providers should submit assessments prior to May 14 if necessary to avoid any that may become late. The state MDS server will be unavailable from 12:00 a.m. on May 14 until 11:59 p.m. on May 15 (possibly earlier). The Minimum Data Set (MDS), Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS), and Swing Bed systems will not be available during this time. We appreciate your patience.
