The following functions will be unavailable during the maintenance period for both acute care and LTC systems:

·         Claims status inquiry through the Automated Inquiry System (AIS), this website, TexMedConnect, or electronic data interchange (EDI).

·         Interactive eligibility verification through AIS, this website, TexMedConnect, or EDI.

·         Interactive claims submission through TexMedConnect or EDI.
