CSHCN Services Program Reimbursement Rate to Change for Cochlear Implants

Information posted October 30, 2009: Effective for dates of service on or after November 1, 2009, the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program reimbursement rate for cochlear implants will change. The reimbursement rate for procedure code L8614 will change from $15,522.20 to $23,380.00 for purchased durable medical equipment.
