The RA summaries did not contain the appropriate detail information and as a result the affected claims did not cross over to secondary insurers.

To process the claims that did not cross over to Medicaid, affected providers must resubmit their claims, as new claims, with the original Medicare RA (not the TMHP template) with the paid date from the August 18, 2008 RA. Claims that are resubmitted with anything other that the Medicare RA may be subject to recoupment if the claim is paid.

All claims must be received by TMHP by December 11, 2009. Any claims received after December 11, 2009, will not be considered for reprocessing.
