Batch claims and batch claims status inquiries (CSIs) may be submitted during the maintenance period.

The following functions will be unavailable during the maintenance period for both Acute Care and Long Term Care systems:

·         Claims Status Inquiry through the Automated Inquiry System (AIS), the TMHP website, TexMedConnect, or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

·         Interactive Eligibility Verification through AIS, the TMHP website, TexMedConnect, or EDI.

·         Interactive Claims Submission through TexMedConnect or EDI.
