Nursing Facility Providers - Populate LTCMI Enhancement Update
Information posted May 29, 2009: TMHP has identified an issue with the new "Populate LTCMI" enhancement. Incorrect client information may be populated to the new LTCMI when using this feature if the following criteria exist: multiple clients with the same last name, in the same facility (vendor/contract) and where the Medicaid, SSN and Medicare fields are blank on both the new and old MDS forms. Providers should be certain to verify that the information populated to the LTCMI matches the MDS form and is correct and complete before submitting the LTCMI.
