MDS Form Extraction Update
Information posted May 1, 2009: A technical issue was identified that has disrupted the hourly MDS form extraction process from the State database. The MDS form extraction process is running on a daily basis during off-business hours. Further research has revealed there are MDS forms that were submitted to the Federal database between April 12, 2009 and April 29, 2009 that are not on the LTC Online Portal. These forms will be available on the LTC Online Portal by Monday, May 4, 2009 for completion of the LTCMI section by providers.
During the following week, TMHP will look for forms submitted to the Federal database prior to April 12, 2009 to identify if other forms were missed in the extraction process.
