Reconciliation will be completed and reflected in the monthly case management fee payments for February 2008. If a client was added to a primary care provider’s panel for December 2007, the reconciliation may result in an additional payment on the provider’s February 2008 case management payments. If a provider terminated a client or a client changed his or her primary care provider, the reconciliation may result in a recoupment. If a recoupment is initiated, it will be reflected as an account receivable no earlier than the March 2008 Remittance and Status (R&S) report.

Affected providers will receive a letter no later than January 25, 2008. No action on the part of the provider is necessary.
