MDS Form Extract Update
Information posted May 6, 2009: The MDS forms that were missed in the daily extraction process between April 12, 2009 and May 3, 2009 have been extracted and are available on the LTC Online Portal for providers to complete the LTCMI section. If you have submitted the MDS on-time to the Federal Database, you will have until May 15, 2009 to complete the associated LTCMI. The LTCMI must be completed as a Purpose Code E; however, providers will be paid at the calculated rate if the MDS was submitted on time . TMHP continues to evaluate forms submitted to the Federal database prior to April 12, 2009 to identify if other forms were missed in the extraction process.
