Online Fee Lookup and Static Fee Schedules Updated to Include Missing Cardiac-Related Procedure
Information posted October 16, 2009: TMHP has identified an issue with the online fee lookup and static fee schedules on this website. Procedure codes 93541, 93542, 93543, 93544, and 93545, which were missing from the online fee lookup and the static fee schedules for physicians or ambulatory surgical centers from July 1, 2009, through October 5, 2009, have been added as of October 6, 2009.
