Effective for dates of service from June 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008, procedure code 1-90772 is not reimbursed in the home setting. Procedure code 1-90772 may be reimbursed in the office setting to advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, physicians, podiatrists, and Comprehensive Care Program (CCP) providers. The extended care facility (ECF) is no longer reimbursed.
