Until a resolution has been implemented, providers should click on all tabs of the assessment (AA through U) to prevent this from occurring. This is necessary even if an entry is not required in any field under a tab (e.g., for a comatose individual). Providers do not need to take any corrective action as, upon implementation of this fix, TMHP will update these assessments to reflect accurate RUG values. Assessments submitted after August 29, 2009, that were impacted by an incorrect RUG value will include a notification in the history of the assessment stating that TMHP made an update to the RUG value.
