Behavioral Health Peer-Service Providers Survey

Last updated on

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) developed a survey to assess utilization of peer-service providers in community organizations throughout Texas. Peer support is encouragement and assistance from someone with the lived experience of recovery from a mental health condition, substance use disorder, or both, who provides support to others experiencing similar challenges to achieve long-term recovery.

HHSC is requesting that administrators, as opposed to staff, take the survey. As an administrator (e.g., Director of Behavioral Health or Clinic Administrator), your insight will help HHSC understand organizational opportunities and challenges associated with peer-service providers within a community organization.

This survey will take less than ten minutes to complete.
