You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. Updated Long-Term Care User Guide for Nursing Facilities Now Available

The Long-Term Care (LTC) User Guide for Nursing Facility Forms 3618/3619 and Minimum Data Set/Long-Term Care Medicaid Information (MDS/LTCMI) has been updated.

Providers can access this updated user guide on TMHP’s Learning Management System (LMS) as follows:

Log into the LMS.
When the LMS appears in a new window, log into an existing account or create a new account. New visitors to the LMS can access materials and take courses immediately after they register.
Select the appropriate button to view this file in a web browser or to download the file for offline viewing. The user guide will be in portable document format (PDF) form.

Providers can access computer-based training and additional and supplemental training materials on the LMS at any time.
