You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. Reminder for HCS and TxHmL Providers Entering IPC Revisions to Add Individual Skills and Socialization

This notice is a reminder for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) program providers and local intellectual and developmental disability authorities (LIDDAs), who are submitting an Individual Plan of Care (IPC) revision to add Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) on the IPC plan year.

When entering IPC revisions, if you update the effective date in field 12a, you must click the search icon located next to the date field. This will allow the person’s data to refresh and prepopulate from the web service based on the new effective date. If this function is not performed, there will be a delay in the form processing.
