PEMS Instructions for Updating an Existing Address Now Available

The job aid for updating an existing address in the Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS) is now available.

Providers can access the Update an Existing Address Job Aid on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership’s (TMHP’s) Learning Management System (LMS) website.

The job aid explains how to update addresses in PEMS if the information is incorrect or if the practice location has moved. Providers must follow all steps in the job aid to ensure that they meet all the requirements to successfully update their addresses.

Users must have a username and password to access training in the LMS. To obtain a username and password, providers must create an account by clicking Don’t have an account? Sign up here on the LMS homepage.
