July 2025 NDC-to-HCPCS Crosswalk Now Available for Clinician-Administered Drug Processing

Last updated on

The quarterly Texas National Drug Codes (NDC) to Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Crosswalk is now available for clinician-administered drug (CAD) processing.

The NDC-to-HCPCS Crosswalk identifies relationships between NDC and Medicaid-reimbursable HCPCS codes. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) publishes the crosswalk based on quarterly additions to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) list of rebate-eligible drugs and new drugs that are added monthly to the First Databank pricing compendia.

HHSC advises prescribing providers to use the crosswalk to ensure that they submit their claims accurately.

Prescribers may use the CAD Search or download the crosswalk to review this quarter’s changes. Search instructions are also available.
