Completed: TULIP Scheduled Maintenance

Last updated on

HHSC has completed the scheduled TULIP system updates, and the TULIP site is now back online. Access will be granted to providers in a staggered rollout. The process won’t be completed until December 18.

IMPORTANT:

Now that the updates are completed, all TULIP users will need to log in and reset their password when they receive the password reset email from Salesforce. This migration changed the site that is used for TULIP. Users will need to bookmark the new website and delete any references to the old site.

What You Need to Know

TULIP, the Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal, is undergoing significant updates. The updates are necessary to improve performance and reliability of this system, which is used for submitting long-term care licensure applications and health care regulation Architectural Review requests.
