HHSC Roadshow-Austin Registration is now open!

Last updated on

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is hosting a training roadshow across the state of Texas between May and August 2026, and our first stop is Austin. Join us for a two-day comprehensive, in-person training focused on Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) programs.

In addition to structured training sessions, attendees will have direct access to HHSC subject matter experts for real-time technical assistance. Dedicated support areas will be available throughout the two-day training event, allowing providers to bring specific questions, scenarios, or operational challenges and receive on-the-spot guidance from HHSC program, policy, regulatory, operational and monitoring staff.

Registration is limited to the first 450 registrants, so register today! Please note that submission of a registration request does not guarantee attendance. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation email indicating approval. To ensure broad participation across the provider community, HHSC may limit the number of attendees per provider organization.
