Upcoming Replay of LTC Community Services Waiver Programs Webinar for Long-Term Care Providers

On Thursday, November 5, 2020, TMHP will offer a replay of the June 25, 2020, Long-Term Care (LTC) Community Services Waiver Programs webinar. This webinar is designed to help long-term care providers submit forms and assessments accurately and efficiently on the LTC Online Portal, and allows providers the opportunity to take advantage of online training that covers LTC Online Portal topics relevant to their daily operations.

During the broadcast, providers will still be able to download training materials and submit questions. Providers who submit questions during the webinar will receive answers from TMHP within five to seven business days.

Note: Attendees should already be familiar with the LTC Online Portal. Those who are not familiar with the portal should register for and complete the Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal Basics Computer-Based Training (CBT) prior to the webinar.

  • Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
  • STAR+PLUS managed care organizations
  • Providers who submit the Medical Necessity and Level of Care (MN/LOC) Assessment or H-1700-1 Individual Service Plans on the LTC Online Portal
