New TMHP IAMOnline Platform Transition Effective June 12, 2026

Last updated on

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will transition to the TMHP IAMOnline platform as the new entry point for accessing applications on tmhp.com.

TMHP sent account users an email with instructions on activating their TMHP IAMOnline account.

If you did receive your TMHP IAMOnline activation email:

If you did not receive your activation email:

  • Your organization’s email security setting may have blocked the activation email domain. To resolve this issue, your organization’s information technology (IT) security staff must immediately add noreply@okta.com and Do_Not_Reply_TMHP_IAMOnline@tmhp.partner.hhs.texas.gov to their whitelist.
  • Check your Spam/Junk folders and email filters for the TMHP IAMOnline account activation email, which may have mistakenly been caught by these filters.

Important: If you do not act today, June 11, 2026, you will lose access to TMHP applications beginning June 12, 2026. Refer to the article titled “New Login Process for All Texas Medicaid Providers Through TMHP IAMOnline and Provider MFA Registration for Release 1 Transition” for a list of affected portal applications.

For more information about TMHP IAMOnline activation, refer to the article titled “New IAMOnline Activation Email Sent June 8, 2026” that was posted on June 8, 2026.
