LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. You acknowledge that AMA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CPT.

HCPCS Updates

The Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) is a set of health care procedure codes that are based on the American Medical Association's (AMA) Current Procedural Terminology (CPT).

On January 1st of each year, TMHP applies the annual HCPCS additions, changes, and deletions that are effective for dates of service on or after January 1st. TMHP also makes updates each quarter throughout the year. TMHP notifies providers about the changes in the annual HCPCS Special Bulletin and in provider notifications that are posted in the Recent News section of the relevant pages on this website.
