 Transportation Service Area Providers (TSAPs)

TSAPs are profit or non-profit entities that provide demand response, curb-to-curb rides to eligible clients and their attendants to the doctor, dentist, or drug store when authorized by MTP. TSAPs are contracted by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) through a procurement process. For more information on how to become a TSAP for MTP, providers should contact HHSC at 1-877-633-8747.
