Important: You must be enrolled in Traditional Medicaid before enrolling in CSHCN or Texas Health Steps. Select "Add to an Existing Enrollment," then click "Apply Filters" if you would like instructions for adding CSHCN or Texas Health Steps to your existing enrollment.

Individual and Performing Provider TPIs that have the same NPI and License Number are eligible to revalidate simultaneously.

  • Select all desired TPIs that you wish to revalidate.
  • Note: All TPIs selected on this page will be eligible for revalidation if they meet the ACA requirements. Any updates made to the information within the revalidation application will ONLY be applied to the TPI that was initially selected.
