The TMHP Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS) video series is now available. The PEMS Group 2 instructional video series explains the following features:
- Troubleshooting Deficiencies is a video that instructs providers on finding and resolving deficiencies when submitting a request in PEMS.
- Start New Enrollment is a video that walks providers through initiating a new enrollment in PEMS while using a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) or an assigned Atypical Provider Identifier (API).
- Adding Attachments is a low-level video that shows users where they can attach files to support their documentation in PEMS.
- Signing Agreements is a low-level video that shows users how to add authorized signatories to their request so that they may submit information for processing.
The PEMS Instructional Video Series is available on the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS). Users must have a username and password to access videos in the LMS.
