Provider Support Services

TMHP Provider Relations Representatives are available to assist both new and existing providers in understanding program policies and procedures, provide technical support for TMHP secure portals and TexMedConnect, and offer assistance with claims filing and payment issues.

Representatives are available throughout the state and can assist provider by telephone, and through in-person visits. To find a Provider Relations Representative in your area, see the Regional Territories map and corresponding territory pages linked at left.

Contacting Your Representative

To request, confirm, or reschedule a Provider Relations Representative visit, email the TMHP Provider Relations Department. Please include your name, contact number, National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Texas Provider Identifier (TPI) on all emails to ensure they are routed to the correct representative.

Note: Providers outside the state of Texas should call the TMHP Contact Center at 800-925-9126, or the TMHP-CSHCN Contact Center at 800-568-2413 for assistance with finding a Provider Relations Representative.
